About the event
Our Renew & Restore Retreat is a luxe yoga retreat for those seeking mind, body and spirit connection through yoga practices. Whether you are a beginner or advanced yogi, the purpose of this retreat is to renew your soul and reconnect to your true self. Our yoga and meditation coaches will teach you self-empowerment through body movement, breathing and relaxation techniques. Each morning will begin with an attitude of gratitude, yoga and meditation on the beach (depending on weather) and indoors. Throughout the day we will guide you on how to visualize your best future self through onsite spa services, journaling session, science of meditation session, sound bath meditation, Tarot Card reading, and individual or group sharing. There will be breaks during each day for individual quiet time to reflect and rest. Take time to relax, walk and enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches along the Gulf Coast.
