Our Move & Manifest Retreat is for those seeking a blend of physical exercise, yoga and meditation. Our trainers will provide training for all levels while connecting your mind, body and spirit. Each morning will begin with an attitude of gratitude and physical activity. Throughout the day we will guide you on how to visualize your best future self through one-on-one coaching, journaling, and group sharing. There will be breaks during the days for individual quiet time to reflect and rest, and massages. Take time to relax and heal along the beautiful white sand beaches along the Gulf Coast.
